Job summary

Zekai is seeking experienced HR professionals fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. The role involves working in digital workspaces to craft and assess HR-related tasks, with emphasis on local regulations and terminology.

You will define quality criteria, review an agent’s step-by-step output, and correct errors to ensure alignment with professional standards. This is a remote contract with a 21-hour weekly commitment, starting as a pilot.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR functions (business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Spain.
• Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security and Spanish payroll.

Responsibilities

• Training AI agents on realistic professional tasks in HR contexts using Spanish.
• Create and review tasks in live digital workspaces with documents, spreadsheets, email, chat and industry tools.
• Define grading criteria and evaluate whether AI outputs meet professional standards.
• Review AI work for accuracy, flag mistakes and correct them according to local regulations.

What you'll do:

You'll work in realistic digital workspaces, with documents, spreadsheets, email, chat and industry tools, to create and review the kinds of tasks you handle in your own job. Your work will include:

• Building workspaces: reviewing files, memos and records a real team would have for a project or case.
• Writing tasks: drafting realistic requests in your language that a colleague or client might send, grounded in local practice, regulations and terminology.
• Defining what good looks like: writing clear grading criteria and checking whether an AI agent's work would meet your professional standard.
• Reviewing AI work: going through an agent's step-by-step work, spotting mistakes such as wrong calculations, missed details or incorrect local rules, and correcting them.
