Marathon Petroleum Company LP in St. Paul Park, Minnesota seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the site HR function.
You will partner with senior leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, compensation programs, and policy development to enhance site performance. This role oversees HR operations, budgets, and programs, guides labor relations efforts, and represents the refinery in internal and external communications.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Director (HRD) role provides comprehensive Human Resources (HR) expertise in areas such as employee/labor relations, staffing, compensation and benefits, and strategic planning to MPC's St. Paul Park Refinery.
The HRD participates in business planning along with making strategic decisions and with strategy development for direction of the site as a member of the site leadership team. This role provides management and leadership support over the HR department to improve overall site performance.
