Marathon Petroleum Corporation in Minnesota seeks an HR Director to provide comprehensive HR leadership at the St. Paul Park refinery. The role guides employee relations, compensation programs, and strategic planning as part of the site leadership team.

The Human Resources Director (HRD) role provides comprehensive Human Resources (HR) expertise in areas such as employee/labor relations, staffing, compensation and benefits, and strategic planning to MPC’s St. Paul Park Refinery. The HRD participates in business planning along with making strategic decisions and with strategy development for direction of the site as a member of the site leadership team. This role provides management and leadership support over the HR department to improve overall site performance.
Travel is required throughout the year to meet with clients and other key stakeholders, travel can increase throughout the year as business needs required.
