Amberwood Post Acute is seeking a Human Resources Director/Payroll Coordinator to provide facility-based HR and payroll services. The role is full-time with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Experience in HR and payroll, including HRIS Workday, is preferred for this position.

The facility emphasizes patient care, a strong work culture, and opportunities for growth. Candidates should have at least 2 years of HR and payroll experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

• 2 years of HR and payroll experience required.
• HRIS experience required; Workday preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Two years of college education preferred.

Successful candidates

• 2 years of HR and payroll experience required
• Experience working as HR in the medical field i.e. post acute, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, hospital preferred
• HRIS experience required, Workday preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Two years of college education preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Rate: $55,000-$65,000/year
