What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (or related field). Chick-fil-A experience? Bonus points!
• At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast- paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
• A natural ability to lead, inspire, and connect with people.
• Top-notch communication and conflict resolution skills - you’re a great listener who knows how to find solutions.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
