Job description

The Director of Human Resources will lead the overall HR strategy and execution for the organization, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll oversight, workers’ compensation, return to work programs, compliance, organizational development, and HR operations.

This individual will partner closely with leadership to support business objectives while fostering a positive, high‑performing, and employee‑focused culture.
