Position Summary

The Human Resources Director will work directly under the Head of School (HOS) in partnership with school administration to oversee the personnel affairs of the school, including recruiting, training and development, coaching, and labor law compliance.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• At least three years’ experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in HR.
• HRIS knowledge desired.
• Understanding and engagement with MN DOL standards and guidelines.
