• Executive-Level Strategic Partnership: Act as the trusted thought partner to functional executive leaders—aligning operating models, workforce architecture, and leadership pipelines with overarching commercial objectives.
• Complex Organizational Design (OD) & Evolution: Lead high-impact OD, capability mapping, and change management initiatives across rapidly evolving global and technical functions.
• Strategic Business Impact: Move well beyond standard HR governance to diagnose organizational friction, build scalable talent structures, and unlock cross-functional performance.
• Executive Succession Pathway: Two clear paths of development opportunity, with the successful candidate becoming a future VP in the business.
