Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks an HR Director to partner with executive leadership on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent development.

This highly visible role leads the HR team, drives talent acquisition, succession planning, compliance, and the use of AI-enabled tools to improve processes.

Travel up to 25% is required; a Bachelor's degree is required, with advanced degree or HR certification a plus, and 8+ years of HR experience at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 2 years in a senior HR leadership role partnering directly with executive leadership teams, including C-suite executives.
• Demonstrated HR leadership experience supporting operational, distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, hospitality, or other workforce-intensive environments.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams.
• Strong working knowledge of employment law, compliance, employee relations, FMLA, ADA, and HR best practices.
• HRIS experience and a strong comfort level with technology and AI-enabled business tools.

A well-established global organization with approximately 1,000 employees and operations across multiple regions is seeking a HR Director to serve as a key strategic business partner to executive leadership. This highly visible position will lead human resources initiatives across a diverse workforce while helping drive organizational growth, operational excellence, and talent strategy.

The successful candidate will be equally comfortable operating in the boardroom and on the floor, balancing strategic HR leadership with hands-on support when needed.
