PulteGroup, headquartered in Englewood, CO, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HR team and employees. The role includes payroll processing, LOA coordination, audits, recruitment and onboarding, and responding to HR policy questions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in HR, a strong understanding of payroll, and proficiency in Workday and MS Office. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with aPHR/PHR certification a plus.

Reporting to the Director, HR in our Englewood, CO office, the HR Coordinator will have responsibilities supporting the employees of Pulte Financial Services. They will provide administrative support for the HR team, and also partner with Corporate HR Specialists to provide support to managers and employees in regard to policy, payroll, and benefits issues.
$26.44 - $31.25 per hour. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on successful completion of defined performance objectives.
