Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee HOA and land development initiatives, ensuring compliant documentation, disclosures, and budget management across communities.

Lead the community team, coordinate with development leadership, and drive process improvements to minimize risk and maximize project delivery. Requires 6–8 years of relevant experience and a university degree or equivalent.

Primary Job Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with Land Development Managers and VPs regarding design plans for new development and amenities to promote cost savings and operational efficiencies.

  • Oversee and manage the preparation, filing, execution and distribution of all DRE and HOA documents, as appropriate.

  • Manage public disclosure/real estate reports necessary to support and enhance sales as well as reduce risk associated with potential disclosure issues.

  • Manage HOA management companies and associated budgets.

  • Direct the community team in the management of all current HOA boards.

  • Oversee and direct the community team’s Architectural Committee decisions and manage community turnover process.

  • Serve as primary contact for prevention/resolution of construction defect claims at the time of HOA/COA turnover.

  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to maximize the volume of work processed through the department.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on the area of responsibility. Contributes to the development of goals the area and planning efforts (budgets, operational plans, etc.). Manages large projects or processes with moderate impact on the achievement of sub-family results. Work is performed with limited oversight. Typically responsible for coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals. Provides measurable input to new products, processes or standards in operational plans in order to implement operational objectives.


Leadership & Talent Management

Typically responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area. Typically responsible for managing major/complex projects at this level, involving delegation of work and review of work products.


Knowledge & Experience

Requires deep knowledge of area typically obtained through higher education combined with experience. Typically viewed as a subject matter expert within discipline. May have broad knowledge of project or program management. Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 6-8 years of prior relevant experience.


Required Skills

Accounting/Finance experience a plus


Required Licensing, Registration and/or Certifications


  • Valid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position.

  • General Contractors License preferred
