TALENT Software Services in Stamford, CT seeks a Talent Acquisition Technology Administrator to own and optimize our ATS landscape (Workday, Beamery, Brighthire). You will drive end-to-end process improvements, design scalable recruiting workflows, and deliver trainings for the global TA team.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in TA technology administration, solid project management background, and a passion for data-driven efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years as TA technology administrator (Workday, Beamery, Brighthire etc).
  • Implementation experience a plus.
  • 4 years of experience managing projects, programs, and operational initiatives in HR/People Ops/Talent Acquisition.
  • 2 years of experience leading programs with clear success metrics and measurable results.
  • Proven ability to take projects from inception to completion, executing efficiently across competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong desire to innovate by improving processes and adopting tools that drive efficiency.
  • Comfort using data and feedback to refine processes and deliver practical solutions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly across audiences and stay focused under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

  • Serve as a point of contact for end user inquiries and elevate to HRIS or other partners appropriately
  • Create and lead Global Talent Acquisition training sessions, related to system and process changes
  • Participate in workstreams for HR-led projects that impact recruiting processes aligning with stakeholders and timelines
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across People Operations and Talent Acquisition to translate needs into practical solutions
  • Explore thoughtful ways to use generative AI to streamline workflows and improve outcomes

What You Will Need
