Job description

Join Our Team at SeaWorld as an Ambassador!

At SeaWorld, we're passionate about caring for animals. We've rescued over 40,000 animals and aim to bring joy and excitement to visitors worldwide. We're seeking enthusiastic, dedicated individuals to become our Ambassadors and play a vital role on our team.

What You Will Do:
  • Support the Human Resources department with a variety of tasks, involving direct contact with Leaders and Ambassadors.
  • Promote a positive culture across departments.
  • Assist with Ambassador events, recognition programs, communication, and service awards.
  • Support animal awareness events and maintain related calendars and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with trade agreements, intake processes, and program execution related to culture and morale.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and reporting.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
What It Takes to Succeed:
  • Knowledge of human resources functions and employment cycles.
  • Willingness to learn California employment laws.
  • Experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, computer, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working indoors and ability to sit/stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to adapt to change, handle stressful situations, and solve problems independently.
  • Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Experience or education (Associate’s degree preferred).
Additional Important Details:
  • Minimum of 2+ years HR experience preferred.
  • Experience in theme parks or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems like Workday.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Compensation and Perks:

Hourly rate: $18 USD
