Work Location

Embassy Suites Crystal City - National Airport, 1300 Jefferson Davis HWY, Arlington, VA 22202

Our hotel features 269 guest rooms and is located less than two miles from Reagan National Airport. The Pentagon Metro station is within two blocks, and the Pentagon is less than a mile away. Our team reports to the Complex Director of Human Resources.

Ideal Candidate

Has 1+ years of hospitality experience, with a passion for a career in Human Resources and strong administrative skills. Prior HR experience is a plus!

Shift Pattern and Pay

Monday-Friday, 9AM-5:30PM. Pay rate: $23.00-$25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to HR managers, including documentation, correspondence, and office duties.
  • Greet and assist employees, managers, and candidates, providing accurate information and support.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new team members.
  • Assist in planning and executing HR programs, including meetings, training sessions, and communications.
  • Maintain employee files and assist with time record monitoring and payroll communication.
  • Refer complex issues to the HR Director.
