Job summary

PCRK Group is seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our growing HR team in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on day-to-day recruiting activities, onboarding new employees, and moving candidates through the onboarding funnel while supporting efficient HR processes.

You will work with HR Generalists, hiring managers, and leaders across 130 franchise locations, using Paylocity to manage hiring stages and maintain accurate employee records. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business, communications or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HR systems, Paylocity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding and move employees through onboarding funnel.
• Conduct background checks for final-stage candidates.
• Maintain compliant and organized onboarding across locations.

Join Our Growing Human Resources Team as a Human Resources Coordinator!

PCRK Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibility of the HR Coordinator is the day-to-day management of recruiting responsibilities including conducting Onboarding, moving employees through various stages of the Onboarding funnel and supporting a streamlined HR process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process background checks for final-stage candidates.
• Maintain compliance with legal and organizational standards during processes.
• Maintain clean and organized Onboarding across 130 franchise locations.
• Move employees through various hiring stages in Paylocity, ensuring timely communication and accuracy.
• Follow up with Hiring Managers to maintain engagement during the hiring process.
• Support in maintenance of accurate records of employees.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with a team of HR Generalists, hiring managers, and company leaders to support a seamless hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR Team on HR-related functions, processes and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR systems is a plus, Paylocity preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and support multiple employees and locations.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about HR processes.
