As a Human Resource Coordinator at dnata catering, your primary responsibility will be to support the Human Resource Generalist in various HR functions. You will coordinate employee training and development programs, organize training sessions, track attendance, evaluate program effectiveness, contribute to employee engagement initiatives, assist with benefits administration, and support HR projects and initiatives such as performance management, employee surveys, and policy development.

EDUCATION: Associate degree in human resources plus 2-3 years of HR experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Physical Demands: Standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds, and proper use of equipment.
