Summary
The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating various HR activities, including pre-employment processes, onboarding, HR reporting, and administrative tasks. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and providing support to our associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Employment Coordination: Manage and coordinate pre-employment activities such as scheduling and conducting drug and background checks, ensuring timely completion and compliance with company policies.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the first-day onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience. Prepare onboarding materials, set up necessary accounts, and conduct initial orientation sessions.
- HR Reporting: Update and maintain HR reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Track associate data and provide regular updates to the HR team.
- Talent Spotlight Program Management: Oversee and manage the Talent Spotlight Program, recognizing and promoting top talent within the organization.
- Administrative Support: Perform various day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining associate records, responding to HR inquiries, and supporting the HR team with other projects as needed.
- Payroll Backup: Serve as a backup for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Documentation Assistance: Assist with documentation related to associate changes, terminations, merit adjustments, and other related HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with experience in pre-employment processes, onboarding, and HR administration.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Working Conditions:
- Travel required up to 10%
