Job description

Artisan Partners is seeking a Coordinator to join our Human Capital team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to support key Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Operations initiatives that drive the firm’s continued growth and success. As a vital member of the team, the Coordinator will play a central role in delivering a best-in-class candidate and associate experience, while serving as a trusted liaison between prospective talent, internal stakeholders, and the broader organization.

Responsibilities

The candidate can expect to:

  • Support individual and team calendars, anticipating changes and keeping team on schedule
  • Arrange team and candidate travel, both domestic and international
  • Manage team budget and expense reports
  • Schedule and maintain critical information in the applicant tracking system
  • Provide a “best in class” experience to candidates throughout the interview coordination process
  • Manage multi-faceted onboarding process ensuring background checks and regulatory documents meet standards and are properly maintained for all hires
  • Audit and maintain various HR documentation and assist with reporting
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and Human Capital initiatives across all functions of the team; including presentations, learning and development materials and industry research

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years of experience providing administrative support
  • Excellent calendar management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships at all level
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving in the face of shifting priorities or unanticipated events
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same time with a commitment to quality and deadlines
  • Ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly
  • Bachelor’s degree
