Kindly note this position is located in Denver, Colorado. While a hybrid work schedule may be available, it is not a remote position. Work is primarily performed in our office at 3201 South Tamarac Dr., Denver 80231. Position may be eligible for a hybrid schedule with a combination of off‑site and in‑office work. Work hours are generally during regular business hours, with occasional flexibility required to support agency needs.

The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources team by inputting data into HR systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data, maintaining employee files, and assisting with administrative tasks for the HR department, including onboarding, tracking, and maintaining HR data. This position plays an important role in creating a positive employee experience through responsive service, timely communication, and strong accuracy and attention to detail. The HR Coordinator supports the HR and Compliance team to ensure HR processes run smoothly and align with organizational values.
