Your Impact Will Include
Employee Support & Engagement
- Serve as HR Concierge : Provide prompt, knowledgeable responses to employee inquiries about benefits, policies, and workplace concerns
- Coordinate Recognition Programs : Develop and manage programs that celebrate achievements and align with organizational values
- Plan Team-Building Activities : Organize events, celebrations, and activities that build community
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Support Recruitment Success : Post jobs, screen candidates, conduct reference checks, and represent HopeWell at recruiting events
- Craft Exceptional Onboarding Experiences : Support orientation programs, create engaging welcome materials, and ensure seamless integration of new hires
- Conduct New Hire Orientations : Lead sessions covering policies, culture, benefits, and administrative procedures
- Manage I-9 Compliance : Ensure perfect compliance with employment verification requirements
Benefits & Leave Administration
- Manage Benefits Programs : Oversee enrollment, changes, and communications; conduct annual open enrollment process
- Administer Leave Programs : Handle FMLA, parental leave, ADA accommodations, and company-specific leave policies
- Provide Benefits Education : Help employees understand and maximize their benefits through various communication channels
- Analyze Benefits Data : Review utilization trends and recommend program improvements
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain HRIS Excellence : Manage personnel records, conduct data audits, generate reports, and ensure data integrity
- Ensure Compliance : Handle required postings, conduct internal audits, and maintain regulatory compliance
- Support HR Programming : Coordinate bonus programs, training assistance, and performance management initiatives
- Manage Administrative Functions : Handle meeting coordination, presentations, and time-sensitive administrative tasks
Communication & Collaboration
- Bridge Departmental Communication : Build relationships with leaders to share updates and gather insights
- Create HR Communications : Develop newsletters, announcements, and educational materials
- Serve as HR Connector : Act as liaison for cross-departmental initiatives and organizational updates
- Maintain Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Essential Qualifications
You'll Thrive Here If You Have:
- 5+ years of HR experience with demonstrated expertise in multiple HR functions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP experience preferred), MS Office, and SharePoint
- Experience with benefits administration and leave management
