Home Care Providers of Texas is seeking an on-site HR Coordinator to support the Corporate HR Department for New Day Healthcare companies across Texas, New Mexico, and Indiana. The role includes maintaining personnel files, conducting background checks, data entry, employment verifications, reference checks, and assisting with onboarding and training.
The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently in a team, and proficiency with MS Office applications.
Reports to the Human Resource Director
Full Time, M-F, 8-5, on site
Supports the Corporate Human Resources Department for all New Day Healthcare companies in Texas, New Mexico and Indiana. The position is based at Home Care Providers of Texas on site in DFW. Will maintain personnel files, performing background checks, data entry, verifications of employment, reference checks, filing for active and terminated employees, assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees, worker’s compensation, in house training, policy communications, mailings, training assistance and special projects as needed.
Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older (per state guidelines)
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Require previous office experience (prefer HR related experience) experience with Microsoft Office and e-mail required.
Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team. Must exhibit a high degree of attention to detail and time management with proven ability to meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Can do attitude with a high focus on continuous improvement. Comfortable with communicating with all levels of management and employees. Must have strong organizational skills. Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred. Ability to communicate professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
