Serenity Hospiceis looking for an organized and strategicHR Coordinatorto join our team! This role will be responsible for orientating and onboarding new hires, documentation and human resources related concerns in your assigned region. This position will be office based in our Bordentown office.

Responsibilities:

• Hiring- Onboarding & Orientation
• Request, Log and file all credentials for employees in your assigned territory
• Answer phone calls and respond to employee questions
• Attend meetings as requested
• Open Enrollment each year
• Follow Serenity Policies and Procedures at all times
• Communicate issues to Management as needed

Requirements:

• Must has at least 2 years HR experience in a fast paced Medical Environment
• Must be Extremely proficient with Follow up to accurately complete tasks as assigned
• Have exceptional Employee relation skills
• Be very familiar with Unemployment, FMLA, Medical Insurance, Payroll, Workers Compensation, On Boarding, Orientation
• Must be able to multitask continually through each day
• Must be able to communicate effectively in order to obtain credentials needed from field employees
• Stay up to date at all times with competencies, Appraisals and credentials for your assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
