In this role you will be essential in supporting day-to-day HR operations, improving employee experience, and ensuring smooth processes across onboarding, recruitment, and compliance. Job Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Work with the HR Business Partner to manage the full recruiting process across all departments
- Post job openings, maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), and ensure candidate pipelines are updated
- Conduct initial candidate screens and coordinate interview scheduling with HRBP and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely updates
- Draft and organize offer letters, background checks, and pre-boarding tasks
- Assist with recruitment reporting, sourcing tools, and employer branding initiatives
HR Operations:
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including checklists, paperwork, and system access and maintenance
- Respond to general HR inquiries and direct employees to appropriate resources or documentation
- Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files (including I-9s and employment documents)
- Support time tracking, payroll updates, and PEO communications as needed
- Manage data entry and maintenance within the HRIS system
- Assist with benefits administration, leaves of absence tracking, and routine reporting
Project-Based Assignments:
- Assist with Immigration case processing and tracking
- Run periodic HR related reporting as assigned by HRBP
- Support Culture Branding Efforts
- Help with research, planning, and coordination of compliance-related initiatives
- Assist in developing HR calendars, training tracking, and culture-building activities, data collection efforts
- Support document audits (e.g., I-9s, personnel file accuracy, policy acknowledgment)
- Participate in process improvement efforts
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field
- Basic knowledge of HR best practices and understanding of employment law and wage & hour regulations
- Highly organized, with strong time management and task prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools
- Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications
Additional skills, education, or experience that would be beneficial
- Familiarity using ATS and HRIS
- Certificates: SHRM CP or PHR preferred but not required
- Experience using Canva
- Familiarity with Marketing and Branding concepts
Other Requirements
- Work in office Tues-Thursday
- Some travel may be required
- Flexible scheduling if needed
