The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operations of Realterm's Global Human Resources department. Duties include new employee orientations and onboarding, compliance reporting, record maintenance, recruitment coordination and some benefits administration. Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
This position requires in-person attendance in our Annapolis office 5 days per week. We offer flexibility in working hours either before or after core business hours.
The position will work in a general office setting and may require travel, up to 10% of time annually, to remote office locations based on organizational/business needs.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for the majority of the workday, sitting at a desk, consistently operating a computer. The person in this position must be able to access file cabinets and office machinery (to include a computer, copier, and fax machine). On occasion, may need to lift boxes of up to 25 lbs.
