DRW in Chicago seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage interview coordination for internal recruiters, support recruiting operations, and ensure smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders. You will handle scheduling, logistics, data entry, and travel arrangements to create a positive candidate experience.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year in scheduling/coordination or HR admin, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse) and HR systems

As aTalent AcquisitionCoordinator,you’llplay a key partin the candidate experience by managing the coordination of interviews for our internal recruiters, supporting various recruiting administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive experience forcandidates, hiring managers and recruiters. This role supports all activities leading up to/prior to an offerin the recruiting process.

The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
