Working from established business priorities, this individual will translate needs into action by building practical HR processes, tools, communications, and programs, then driving execution through completion. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to create scalable solutions without overengineering, balancing compliance, employee experience, and business needs.
The Human Resources Business Partner / Manager owns the employee lifecycle from hire through separation and partners closely with the Payroll and Benefits leader, who oversees payroll, benefits, and employee rewards. Together, these functions ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

This position requires regular travel to support assigned branches and business operations. During the first 90 days of employment, travel of up to 40% is expected to support onboarding, relationship building, and familiarization with branch operations. Following the initial 90-day period, ongoing travel of up to 30% may be required based on business needs. Travel may include overnight stays as necessary.
