In this role, you'll partner with leaders of the agency to align people strategies with organizational goals, shape a strong workplace culture, and support teams through growth and change. Experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to apply critical thinking to performance management, policy interpretation, and problem-solving, with clear and professional written communication.HR Certification as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.Experience working in complex, multi-site, or public sector organizations.Experience coaching leaders on performance management and conflict resolution.3-5 years of related experience.Other: Some travel and independent travel will be required.
