We are looking for an experienced human resource business partner to support and execute our people initiatives, provide excellent internal HR support, and improve HR processes. Candidates should be charismatic public speakers, friendly, creative, highly reliable, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience in call center operations or client services is preferred.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

What does someone in this role do?

This role partners with team leaders to implement HR strategies focused on employee training, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. They will own programs across various HR processes, understanding business priorities and translating them into value-added work. The role requires problem identification and solution driving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General HR support in partnership with operations
  • Consult with remote HR teams and managers on HR issues and initiatives
  • Understand business goals and recommend HR strategies
  • Monitor employee engagement, including remote interactions
  • Adapt to changing work environments responding to macroeconomic and fiscal policies
  • Innovate HR solutions and improve processes
  • Drive employee relations, retention, and reward programs
  • Manage high-volume workload and multiple priorities
  • Maintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of HR business partner experience (may include operations)
  • Some undergraduate education
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of training tools and techniques
  • Effective conflict resolution skills
  • Time management, planning, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Strong presentation skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Ability to address performance gaps with constructive feedback
  • Comfort with providing and receiving critical feedback
  • Efficient work prioritization and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in military, government, or contact center environments
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university
  • SHRM-SCP or similar certification
