Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner – Healthcare for a contract opportunity within a behavioral healthcare hospital. This hands-on HR leadership role oversees daily operations including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, training, and engagement.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare, and thrives in a fast-paced environment requiring strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR operations, and employment regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently in a high-volume environment.
• Strong professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee retention initiatives.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, EEO/AA requirements, and federal and state employment regulations.
• Coordinate employee training, credentialing, licensure verification, and certification compliance.
• Manage payroll processing, timekeeping audits, employee records, and payroll reporting.
• Administer employee benefits, open enrollment, and benefits-related inquiries.
• Support workers' compensation claims, incident reporting, and risk management initiatives.
• Partner with hospital leadership to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR documentation and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Pay Rate: $40.00–$55.00/hour
