  • Support a unionized workforce, including contract interpretation and ensuring day‑to‑day practices align with the collective bargaining agreement.
  • Stay close to recruiting and onboarding—helping ensure roles are filled with the right people and new hires are set up for success.
  • Support talent development and retention efforts, including talent reviews and building bench strength across the site.
  • Use HR data (turnover, engagement, performance trends) to identify issues, spot opportunities, and push for practical improvements.
  • Build strong relationships across the floor—being visible, accessible, and a go‑to resource for both employees and leaders.
  • Help strengthen the site culture by improving communication, reinforcing expectations, and supporting a more accountable, engaged workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR processes.
