Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders across lines of business, driving engagement and retention. You will serve as a strategic HR advisor, translating people insights into practical actions and ensuring alignment with Truliant’s values.

You’ll partner on onboarding, performance conversations, change management, and compliance while collaborating with HR teammates to deliver impactful people strategies for growth.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience with a strong background in HR business partnership, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Ability to influence, advise, and build productive relationships with leaders at all levels.
  • Strong employee relations capability, including coaching managers and employees through conflict resolution, workplace concerns, corrective action, policy compliance, remediation, and terminations.
  • Ability to interpret HR data, identify trends, and recommend action plans tied to hiring, retention, turnover, engagement, and performance.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, compliance requirements, and policy guidance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills, with comfort using a computer in a general office environment.
