Job summary

Lewis Energy Group is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic ally to business unit leaders, driving performance, engagement, and culture. The role supports HR directors and managers across the full spectrum of human resources on-site in Encinal, Texas.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of HR supervisory experience, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

• Develop Our People: Support training programs and compliance sessions that sharpen skills and boost team performance.
• Make Pay Make Sense: Assist with compensation programs, job classifications, and provide market data insights.
• Be the Voice of Fairness: Guide employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Keep Us Compliant: Help ensure HR and payroll practices follow laws, policies, and industry regulations.
• Master the Systems: Utilize HRIS and applicant tracking systems to keep data clean and processes seamless.

Qualifications

About You (Qualifications & Experience)

Ideal candidates will have:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or Minimum of 2 years of HR supervisory experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

High attention to detail, with a hands‑on, proactive approach

Passionate about helping people grow and building a thriving workplace culture

Your Work Schedule & Hours

This position is based on‑site in Encinal, Texas.

Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Must be available to support occasional company events or HR functions outside regular hours

Flexibility required based on operational needs
