Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Sales and Marketing organization has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner in Renton, WA, responsible for providing support to an organization located mostly across the Washington Puget Sound area, as well as having teams across the broader US and internationally. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Lead and Senior specialists to find the best fit for this position.
This role is responsible for developing HR strategies and solutions that meet the business priorities for the organization. Critical thinking and having an innovative approach to solve problems will be an imperative part of daily management as well as active participation in business planning and decisions; offering innovative solutions to meet business requirements. This position will work with a team of HR professionals to integrate and implement solutions and reduce complexities.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Lead (Level 4): $127,500 - $172,500
Summary pay range for Senior (Level 5): $161,500 – $218,500
