Job summary

Gildan is seeking an HR professional to join our team in Kings Mountain, NC. The role covers several HR domains, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee relations, leveraging Dayforce where possible.

The successful candidate will bring 4+ years of progressive HR experience, a strong generalist background, and a drive to support organizational development and talent management across a globally diversified workforce.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent HR experience.
• At least 4 years of progressive HR experience.
• Subject-matter expert in HR administration areas including policies, recruitment, compensation, benefits, labor/employee relations, organizational development, and talent management.
• Experience with Dayforce a plus.

Requirements

Associate's degree (or 6+ yrs of progressive HR accountability)

At least 4 years of progressive HR experience.

A subject-matter expert in many areas of HR administration including but not limited to any combination of policies and procedures, recruitment, compensation, benefits, labor relations, employee relations, organizational development, and/or talent management.

Experience with Dayforce a plus!
