Job summary

RightClick is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to support employee relations and HR alignment across healthcare units in Fairfield County, CT. This onsite role requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams.

You will partner with Nursing and Clinical leadership, coach managers on performance management and HR policies, and drive compliant workforce initiatives across assigned client groups.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as HR Business Partner or HR generalist.
• Experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Solid knowledge of employee relations practices.
• Ability to manage multiple client groups and competing priorities.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and compliant manner.

• At least 7+ years of professional experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role
• Experience in a healthcare setting required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations practices and HR compliance
• Ability to manage multiple client groups and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams
