The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supports the compliance activities, employee support services, and the execution of strategic HR initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will work closely with leaders, supervisors, and the broader People Operations team to ensure HR activities are delivered with professionalism, consistency, and care.
This role is ideal for a professional with approximately 5 years of broad HR experience who thrives in a collaborative team setting.The HRBP will take ownership of key tactical responsibilities, consistently administer HR policies and procedures, and monitor our salary and benefits programs. While this position does not have direct reports, it plays a critical leadership support role, helping senior leaders align people practices with business priorities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / SKILL / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Partnership & Collaboration
•Act as a day-to-day HR partner to operations and department leadership, helping implement HR strategies and solve people-related challenges.
•Build strong working relationships across functions and contribute to a positive, team-first HR culture.
Policy Implementation & Compliance
•Support the rollout and reinforcement of HR policies and procedures.
•Maintain working knowledge of employment laws and ensure consistent, compliant practices (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).
•Assist in handling employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues with fairness and discretion.
Benefits & Program Support
•Contribute to annual benefits review and renewal cycles by gathering feedback, coordinating with vendors, and supporting communication plans.
•Serve as a point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and support employee understanding of available resources.
Employee Development & Engagement
•Support initiatives related to training, skills development, and employee experience.
•Assist in gathering feedback and analysis of tracking engagement data to inform development and retention e orts.
HR Systems & Digital Transformation
•Help implement and optimize digital HR workflows as part of our paperless documentation strategy.
•Maintain accurate HR records in digital systems and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
•Serve as a trusted resource to supervisors and employees for resolving day-to-day issues and interpersonal concerns.
•Document and elevate complex concerns to senior leadership as needed.
Project Support & Process Improvement
•Participate in defined HR projects and support implementation of improvements to HR processes, communication, and employee resources.
•Over insights and recommendations based on employee feedback and observed trends.
WORK CONDITIONS:
•Work will primarily take place on site in an office setting within a heavy industrial facility. Regular work within manufacturing operations will also take place.
•Work within the facility may expose employees to harsh weather conditions, dust, chemicals, and loud noises.
•Employees will be required to walk, stand, crouch, climb, and perform other physical tasks.
•This is a safety-sensitive position. A safety-sensitive job or position is one where the employee holding the position has, at any time during their employment, responsibility for their own safety or the safety of others.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
•Approximately 5 years of HR experience in a human resources role or related experience.
•Familiarity with three shift manufacturing operations.
•Solid knowledge of employment laws and compliance practices.
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
•Ability to gather, assess, and act on information to develop thoughtful recommendations.
•Comfort with digital tools and ability to adapt to changing technologies.
•Curiosity and growth mindset with the ability to positively influence others.
