Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and site teams to deliver HR solutions aligned with business goals, including talent management, performance development, employee engagement, relations, and hourly workforce planning.
- Lead or support site startups, expansions, and consolidations.
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with regional labor regulations.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilize people analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and create targeted interventions to drive organizational success.
- Leverage industry benchmarks and key metrics to guide decision-making and enhance performance outcomes.
Travel Requirements
- Travel approximately 25% to domestic manufacturing sites to foster collaboration and align HR initiatives with operational needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to HR and manufacturing leaders, building strong relationships to drive business success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
- Proven ability to build consultative relationships with senior and mid-level leaders, with strong influencing and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, concurrent projects with adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Experience leading organizational change and transformation across diverse regions.
- Deep understanding of the evolving manufacturing workforce landscape.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills across HR teams, peers, and cross-functional partners.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (preferred).
