Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is seeking a passionate Human Resources Assistant Manager to support colleagues and leaders in creating an exceptional workplace culture while delivering memorable guest experiences.

This role partners with department leaders to manage recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, engagement initiatives, payroll support, and compliance with employment laws in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience or management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Facilitate colleague engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
