This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, Formal Orientation, employee record maintenance, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The HR Assistant serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and helps foster a positive workplace culture through timely and accurate support. To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and communications skills, sound judgment and discretion, a passion for delivering outstanding internal service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office setting. This position does require occasional overtime.
