About The Role

The Human Resources Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish) plays a critical role in supporting the HR department within a manufacturing environment by facilitating effective communication and administrative processes. This position ensures smooth coordination of HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record-keeping, while bridging language barriers to serve a diverse workforce. Minimum Qualifications
