Job Title: HR Assistant - Union Employees

Location: Not specified

Responsibilities
  1. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for union employees.
  2. Maintain HRHQ records for union staff.
  3. Conduct audits, generate reports, and handle uploads such as medical cards, driver licenses, driving records, and apprentice lists.
  4. Handle safety performance history requests.
  5. Assist with survey creation, distribution, and data collection.
  6. Manage employment posters: scan, save, and hang.
  7. Support employee morale initiatives.
  8. Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Previous experience working with union employees is required.
  2. 2-4 years of proven experience in an HR administrative role is required.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
