Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our recruitment process by coordinating interview scheduling, managing pre-employment contingencies, and enhancing candidate experiences. You will play a crucial role in tracking candidate workflows and collaborating with recruiters and managers to influence strategy and execution. Your contributions will help create an exceptional candidate experience and support new hires during pre-boarding.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clear verbal and written communication with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Coordinate all interview scheduling and manage pre-employment contingencies.
- Manage the flow and candidate experience during interview days.
- Track and report critical candidate workflow information using iCIMS and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Partner with recruiters and managers to influence strategy and execution.
- Support new hires pre-boarding before their start date.
- Complete projects and additional tasks as identified by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Essential Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year administrative experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage interactions at all levels.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to complete multiple detailed tasks proactively amidst frequent interruptions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong technical skills and willingness to learn new software programs.
- Excellent written and communication skills with a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
- High level of integrity, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, roles, and managers.
- A desire for continuous improvement in hiring processes and candidate experiences.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
