This position serves as a cross‑functional HR professional responsible for supporting recruitment, compensation, employee benefits, workforce compliance, and strategic Human Resources initiatives. The Human Resources Analyst – Generalist partners with leaders and employees to deliver responsive, data‑driven, and customer‑focused HR solutions that support organizational goals and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and organizational policies.
This position performs professional‑level work requiring the interpretation and application of Human Resources policies, procedures, and employment regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities, conducting compensation analyses, assisting employees with benefits programs, administering Texas Workforce Commission unemployment processes, and participating in special projects involving HR initiatives.
