As a Human Resources Generalist supporting the Michigan Department of Civil Rights, you will play a key role in advancing the agency’s mission. You will represent the department in matters such as labor relations and classification and selection activities, partnering closely with leadership and employees. In this position, you’ll help ensure the consistent application of policies, rules, and regulations, promote equitable practices, and contribute to a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
