Job summary

Amsted Automotive Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst who is curious, analytical, and ready to make an impact. You will power the systems and data behind our people processes by supporting UKG Pro and Workforce Management, improving data quality, and creating meaningful reports that drive HR decisions.

Collaborating with HR and Payroll, you will turn HR technology into practical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and help design and test enhancements.

Qualifications

• Curious, analytical HR professional with a strong interest in data-driven HR processes.
• Experience with HR systems and data governance is helpful but not required.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support UKG Pro and Workforce Management to power HR processes.
• Improve data quality and accuracy across HR systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform HR decisions.
• Troubleshoot system needs and identify more efficient ways of working.

• Support and optimize HR technology, including UKG Pro, UKG Pro Workforce Management, and other HR related systems.


• Protect HR data integrity by maintaining accurate employee information and performing regular data audits.


• Turn data into insights by creating reports, dashboards, and analytics that support HR and business decisions.


• Improve HR processes by helping design, test, and implement system enhancements, automation, and more efficient ways of working.


• Support and empower users by troubleshooting system issues and creating training, documentation, and practical solutions for employees and managers.


• Partner across HR and Payroll to support key people processes, system needs, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement.
