You will recruit, assess and interview potential analysts and will follow through to ensure the best candidate experience. You will proactively be engaged in performance measurement & monitoring internal activity to make sure everyone is on the right track. You will develop and implement new policies with relevance to all of our members, beit improved recruitment guidelines or a new internal communication policy. You will understand the organisation dynamics and will build and implement strategies suitable for us. And if you are motivated and curious, more challenging projects and positions are in for you.

Your key responsibilities

Engage in hunting down applicants and recruit potential FFmembers

Execute talent management specific operations, supporting the project leads on talent acquisition, strategy, L&D and engagement

Reach out to and communicate with multiple stakeholders to ensure continued and efficient HCM operations

Help Focus Finance drive global engagement and strengthen its employer brand

Qualifications
