Job summary

Uline is seeking an HR Analyst to analyze HR data, uncover trends and deliver actionable insights to support recruiting, retention and workforce planning. You will build reports and tools using Workday, Excel, and SQL, collaborating with business teams to align productivity targets with labor goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of Analyst experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or database management is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze Human Resources (HR) data to identify workforce trends and support recruiting, retention and workforce planning.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. A focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of Analyst experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or database management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills with careful attention to detail.
