Job summary

Malone Solutions is seeking an HR Advisor / Talent Acquisition Specialist in Georgetown, Kentucky. The role combines full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing with daily HR support, onboarding, and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years HR experience in recruiting for manufacturing or technical roles and familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, SAP or SuccessFactors). This is an on-site position based in Georgetown.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with significant full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, engineering, technical, or skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary recruiting partner for manufacturing and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Approximately 60% of duties focused on full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition; 40% on employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, compliance and HR projects.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies; support Workday, ADP, SAP or SuccessFactors processes.

The HR Advisor – Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as the primary recruiting partner for manufacturing while also providing day-to-day Human Resources support.

Approximately 60% of this position is dedicated to full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, with the remaining 40% of the responsibilities focused on employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, compliance, and HR projects.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Experience:

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, engineering, technical, or skilled trades.
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience with significant full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern recruiting tools.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing industry recruiting experience. Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
• Experience recruiting both exempt and non-exempt positions. Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
• Experience with Workday, ADP Workforce Now, SAP, or SuccessFactors..
