Qualifications

Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Recruitment Manager, the Human Resources Administrative Assistant is responsible for tracking and analyzing data in our human resources information systems. Which includes ADP, FRASCO, Geotab and other HRIS systems used by the department. Works directly with vendors and outside entities for TB screening. Reconciles any payment or billing discrepancies with the vendors.

Ensures all employee records are up to date and coordinates files for review and audit. Tracks and maintains employee driver's licenses, auto insurance and tuberculosis tests. Assists with performance evaluation, reference checks, employment verification, PSLF loan forgiveness and other duties required to support the HR department as needed.

Requirements:

  • AA Degree or equivalent and 1 year of Human Resources administrative experience required.
  • ADP and HRIS portal experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
  • Valid California driver's license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization's insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.

Position Location: North Hollywood, CA

Salary Range: $20.25 - $25.47 per hour
