Job summary

DDR Dorney Park seeks an HR-onboarding support role to help manage seasonal onboarding and HCMS compliance. This position is part-time, up to 30 hours per week, with duties including policy administration and collaboration with HR leadership.

You will gain experience with HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, and HR systems while supporting guest and associate needs in a fast-paced park environment.

• Assist with administration of company-wide policies, procedures, and practices utilizing park computer programs includ ing our ATS and HCMS.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to learn about the different s pecialties in the H uman R esources department .
